Kids' club offered great activities and entertainment options. Noise from other guests was annoying at night. Lots of pools and fun water park for the kids. Food choices were decent but repetitive. Room layout felt cramped with families. Overall, a nice family-focused resort but some improvements needed on noise control.

The swim-up villa provided easy access to the pool, making relaxation seamless! ! The beach area is pristine, and I loved spending afternoons on the sand. The evening entertainment was engaging, attracting both kids and adults, keeping the energy high all night long. The beautiful mountain view added a serene backdrop to our stay.

we had an amazing time at ic hotels santai family resort, kids concept. the waterpark was a blast for the kids, and the swim-up villa was perfect for giving parents some downtime. the beach is just a short stroll away, making it super convenient for those chicken nugget cravings. The staff really stood out. they were incredibly helpful, especially when my daughter needed assistance.

The stay was delightful, primarily due to the incredible accessibility to the lake pool from our Sun Swim Up Villa and the variety of tasty meals available daily, including freshly caught fish options. The staff, especially in the kids' club, were exceptionally warm and attentive, ensuring a great experience for our children. However, the indoor pool could use warmer water, and some entertainment could be more vibrant outside peak seasons.
